These Terms and Conditions govern all services provided by NailedbyJaelyn. By booking or receiving services with us, you agree to the following terms:

1. Refund Policy

All sales, deposits, and service payments are final. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or credits once services have been rendered.

2. Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at our discretion. This includes, but is not limited to, instances of inappropriate behavior, harassment, unsafe conditions, or failure to follow salon policies.

3. Nonpayment and Future Service Restrictions

Payment is required immediately upon completion of services. If a client refuses or fails to pay after services are provided, we reserve the right to:

• Take appropriate collection measures, and
• Ban or deny future appointments and services to that client.

4. Client Conduct

Clients are expected to behave respectfully and appropriately during their visit. Any abusive, threatening, or disruptive behavior may result in immediate termination of the appointment and potential banning from future services.

5. Changes to Terms and Conditions

We may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted with the updated effective date.
